Christmas

We had a great time at our Christmas Parties, the children looked fab! We danced, played games and ate yummy food! Merry Christmas all! See you in the new year!

Thank you to all that attended our Christmas sing along! We loved seeing all the happy faces when Father Christmas arrived! What super singing from both children and their families.

Raising Early achievement in literacy

We are happy to say it was another successful literacy event, all that came really got involved. We had lots going on to help develop fine motor skills and help children to begin the stages of early writing and mark making. We hope that it gave you some good ideas to use at home. Thank you to all that helped and attended. We look forward to the next event!

Space week

We've had so much fun learning all about space! Thank you to everyone that donated resources. 

Special times

Recently we have celebrated bonfire night and Diwali in nursery. We have been making firework pictures and rockets. The children enjoyed sharing their experiences and watching videos about it. We have also celebrated Diwali, we had very generous parents providing us with food, we made Rangoli patterns and watched videos about the Festival of Lights. The children enjoyed dancing and celebrating with each other. We want to say a big thank you to our parents for their support. We have our very own mud kitchen now outside, mud and leaf pies are a speciality! We have been looking at space this week, the children are enjoying role play in their space station and reading our story 'whatever next', next week we are making our own rocket, get ready for blast off!
