Space week

We've had so much fun learning all about space! Thank you to everyone that donated resources. 

Special times

Recently we have celebrated bonfire night and Diwali in nursery. We have been making firework pictures and rockets. The children enjoyed sharing their experiences and watching videos about it. We have also celebrated Diwali, we had very generous parents providing us with food, we made Rangoli patterns and watched videos about the Festival of Lights. The children enjoyed dancing and celebrating with each other. We want to say a big thank you to our parents for their support. We have our very own mud kitchen now outside, mud and leaf pies are a speciality! We have been looking at space this week, the children are enjoying role play in their space station and reading our story 'whatever next', next week we are making our own rocket, get ready for blast off! 

Grow Blackpool

We are very lucky to have grow Blackpool coming into teach our children all about the natural world. Today we made our own bug hotel! The children had lots of fun!
